Entry form guidance and rules for 2025.

Team Names 

SOVT may refuse to accept team names that may cause offence, and please do not use exceptionally long team names!  Changes of team names will not be accepted after the closing date.  If in doubt please contact SOVT prior to submitting your entry.

Where two or more teams are entered from the same club would you ensure team names are noticeably different – NOT for example, Borders 1 and Borders 2.

The closing date for all entries is Wednesday 30th April 2025 – late entries will unfortunately not be accepted.

Entry Fees

The charge for entry is £90.00 per team.

All payments should be made via Paypal.

Junior Players

A responsible adult must accompany any juniors at the event.

Campsite

Please note that there will be no system for the booking or pre-payment of camping places.

Camping will be available on the North Inch from 4.00pm onwards on Friday 23rd May. Payment should only be made to the car park administrator on arrival at the campsite.

A team member must be nominated as a responsible person in respect of campsite issues and shall be accountable for their group’s campsite activities.

The campsite administrator will determine a tent’s location within the camping area.

Campsite Charges

There will be a charge of £10.00 per tent to pitch in the camp site, payable on arrival.

Car Parking 

There will be a car parking charge of £5.00 per car for the weekend of the tournament, payable on arrival.  Due to the extra weight of camper vans unfortunately they will not be allowed to park on the North Inch.  Alternative sites will be indicated but not guaranteed.
